Return & Exchange Policy – Powerloom

1. Return & Exchange Eligibility
We offer returns and exchanges on eligible items under the following conditions:

Timeframe: Requests must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required.

Complaints regarding defective, incorrect, or incomplete orders must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Please include clear images and videos highlighting the issue and email us at powerloom@gmail.com.


2. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Customized or personalized products
Items purchased during sale or clearance


3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Contact Us: Email us at powerloom@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return.
Approval: Once approved, we will share return instructions.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is due to a defect or an error from our side.


4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

Approved Returns: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Rejected Returns: If the item does not meet our return criteria, it will be sent back to you at your expense.

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

Report Within 48 Hours: Contact us immediately after delivery.
Provide Evidence: Share clear photos or videos of the issue.
Resolution: We will offer a replacement or a full refund, including shipping charges.
