Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS.

Shipping Time
Within Kerala: 2–4 business days
Rest of India: 4–7 business days
International: 7–14 business days (depending on location)

Shipping Charges
Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹1999.
Standard shipping charges apply for orders below this amount.
Cash on Delivery (COD) may include an additional fee.

Delivery Delays
Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier issues, or high demand periods.
We appreciate your patience and will keep you informed.
